Caroline Noel
Caroline is the Director for Consultancy. Since 1997, Caroline has been supporting organisations at both day-to-day and strategic levels with all aspects of their business development, sustainability and workforce development. Caroline now spends a great deal of her time project managing contracts with 16 local authorities.
Gill Quinn
Gill is the Director for Training and Development and has been with the company since 2002. Having spent many years working in the public sector, she now designs and delivers exciting and effective training and development courses, as well as providing one-to-one support for small businesses on their HR and employment issues.
Juliet Jenkins
Juliet joined Noel Quinn in 2006 as the Office Manager. Her main role is to manage all aspects of administration which includes liaising with clients to book dates for training. If you need to telephone the office, Juliet is most likely to be the first person you will speak to.
Tracey Perry
Tracey joined us in 2006 having had over 20 years experience with a leading financial institution, advising and developing small businesses and producing business plans and cash flow forecasts to help them with development and financial sustainability. Tracey now provides individual consultancy to committees and trustees, supporting their business sustainability on a practical day-to-day basis. Tracey also delivers a wide range of training and development courses for Noel Quinn.
Carolyn Reily
Carolyn is a qualified and highly experienced trainer, business counsellor and consultant, with 15 years experience of developing and delivering professional, vocational and practical business programmes and providing consultancy support to small and medium businesses. She has worked with Noel Quinn since 2002 and delivers a wide range of training on the business aspects of running a childcare business as well as providing consultancy support to individual groups.
Teresa Goulding
Teresa Goulding joined the Company in 2008 after taking a few years break from her Change and Project Management roles within a leading financial institution. Her part-time, term-time Admin Assistant role ensures that Noel Quinn consultants/trainers have all the support material they need to deliver effective training and guidance to our clients.
Lisa Gadsby
Lisa joined NQL in 2005 having 20 years of experience working across all sectors of early years provision, ten of which have been in leadership, management and training roles. Lisa develops and delivers a range of innovative and challenging training programmes for early years professionals designed to ensure best practice and raise the standard of provision for children and their families.
